Searching for any press mentions, I found Kadvany's December notice that it was in the works. The owner, Jun Zhao also operates Shanghai Garden in Cupertino and will offer a similar menu.

When I first saw the name, naturally I assumed that it would be another fine Sichuan place from the owners of the Chef Zhao Bistros in Mountain View and San Mateo, Daihong Zhao and Yumin Jiang. I'm sure I'm not the only one confused by the similarity in names.
