I had a chance to sample some of Water Grill's new chef's food last. My first impression is that Water Grill hit a home run when they hired this guy from Charlie Trotters. We sampled some oysters from the raw bar to start..perfectly chilled. We then tried his pear salad..it had a pear puree, goat chesse, hazelnuts and greens. For entrees we had Halibut with fennel spiced artichoke and olive and, the striped bass with lemon potato..unique..garlic and caper..This was food you want to come back for the next night..Staff took great care of us from start to finish.
