Chef Mac's Louisiana Cuisine, on Harford Road

has nobody posted on this, or does the chow search engine just suck? Small operation on harford Road with a mix of cajun and southern foods.The andouille sausage sub was excellent, with a rich gravy. The barbequed pork was sliced instead of pulled. but I almost licked the plate. This is a storefront operation, with food cooked to order; nothing fancy, but it'll rub that Cajun itch you acquired in Louisian all those years ago.

End with bread pudding, and you'll be a happy camper, as long as you don't mind a place that's a bit rough around the edges. Next time I'm going to try the catfish with shrimp etoufee;
