It's an older show but new to me. Each episode Chef Brad takes a couple of ingredients, usually a grain and a bean, and shows a few simple recipes for them. The recipes can be as simple as Waldorf salad to grinding the grains into flour for dough. Which to me is the important part, notes about what can be done with the grains, cooking time, and so on.
