New chef at Adrian's this summer

To all the lucky people living in or visiting the outer Cape this summer, you’re in for a culinary treat. One of greater Boston’s most beloved chefs, Will Gilson of Cambridge’s Garden at the Cellar, will be taking over the kitchen at Adrian’s in Truro from May 26 through October. He is known for farm-to-table cooking (his family owns a herb farm) and creative flourishes such as his famous rosemary truffle fries or foie gras and doughnuts. Enjoy!
