Hi there. I hope that I am posting this in the correct spot! I am trying to find both cheesemaking and sommelier courses in California anywhere from San Francisco and North for this coming Winter. Has anyone taken either of these? I would be coming from the Northeast so I am trying to figure everything out now so I actually do it instead of it just being an idea in my head. Thanks for any info that you have.
I also plan on traveling around for a bit so any interesting food classes other than cheese would be of interest, as well.
