cheesecake

I have a great recipe for cheesecake but I would like to make little cakes for a party.
Any ideas how to convert my recipe? Do I need to change any ingredients? I know the baking time will change, but the recipe calls for the cake to stay in the oven with the oven off and the door slightly open for three hours.
