Attended a wine & cheese class at the Cheese School last night, which is run by the same people that run Cheese Plus on Polk. Got to try some fascinating combinations and some out-of-this-world cheeses. Both the woman who runs the cheese school (Sarah) and the woman who ran the class (Colette) were extremely knowledgable and friendly. If you're interested in learning about cheese or making cheese, I'd recommend this place. It's a fairly new venture for Cheese Plus, and they seemed very professional and put together. A little bird told me that sometime in 2007 they will be having a mozzarella workshop. In addition, they run farmstead cheese workshops and several other classes. http://www.cheeseschoolsf.com/
