I think it would be nice to make fondue to enjoy with my love on valentine's day (though i also tend to cynically dismiss the day altogether, which may still be the plan). What cheeses do you include in fondue? Do you add broth? (I know that artisinal in NYC uses chicken broth-- I'd prefer to stay vegetarian). And what, besides good bread, should we dip? If you have wine accompaniment recommendations, I'd appreciate those too. Thanks all!
