I'm thinking of making cheese blintzes for dessert for a family get-together. I've found many recipes, all similar, differing mainly in whether the blintz is fried or baked. I've also run across comments that the blintzes may be frozen before frying/baking or refrigerated after and then reheated in the oven. The stress level would be greatly reduced if I could do as much in advance as possible. Any suggestions? Thank you!
