Does anyone know what the deal is with the "non-kosher" Cheburechnaya in Brooklyn? I'm assuming the kosher Bukharian places (e.g., Cheburechnaya in Rego Park, Salute, Arzu, etc.) would be closed during Passover. We still want kosher meat, though, and I'm wondering if the Cheburechnaya in Brooklyn basically uses the same meat as the Rego Park one (for the lamb, beef, chicken - obviously the pork they serve is not kosher, lol) and is simply open on Saturdays and Jewish holidays (and that's what makes it "non-kosher"). Can anyone shed any light on this?
Alternatively, are any of the kosher Bukharian places open on Passover?
