Cheapish eats near the airport

seattle_lee | May 20, 201607:02 PM     6

Next week my wife will be working out of a hotel at the Donald Stevens Convention Center in Rosemount near ORD, and will be looking for good eats. The co-workers she knows are unimaginative eaters, though there may be others that are in to more adventuresome food. They'll be working long hours, so will want a short trip. She'll be 2 blocks from the 2 Blue Line, if that matters.

She's on a skimpy per diem, but she doesn't mind spending a bit extra -- though she may not be able to convince co-workers to do that on a regular basis. She might be able to talk them into a splurge one or two nights.

So what out that way is good and not too spendy?
