I know it's sort of an oxymoron, but I'm wondering where I can find the least expensive (and good) pasta with white truffles in town.
Last year, La Terza had an awesome taglioni for $50. This year, as of a couple weeks back, Angelini was charging $80 for the same. FWIW, La Terza's was superior last year, and less too, with more truffles!
I only eat it once or twice a season, so any comments would be appreciated.
PS. Coachboy has nothing to do with Coach leather, but rather flying Coach vs. Upper Classes. I'm very money concious!
