Best cheapest treats in Manhattan - a whole lobster for lunch for $15.25, anybody?

I am so glad Mary's Fish Camp was packed when we were seafood-minded and starving a few weeks ago - I don't know if we would ever have tried Sevilla at 62 Charles St. otherwise.
They have a lobster lunch special that has to be one of the best values in the city - a salad, bread, and a 1 1/4 lb lobster steamed or broiled with rice or Spanish fried potatoes for an astonishing $15.25. The restaurant is very pleasant in a "Mad Men" set kind of way.
My current favorite cheap thrill. What others am I missing?
