cheap vegetarian food in Jerusalem???

Hello-
So I am in Jerusalem for 6 weeks and while I adore the falafel here, I'm really struggling to find other types of restaurants to frequent while I'm here. I'm curious to see if anyone has any advice on where to go that is cheap (I'm a student here on an unpaid internship so I can't afford nor desire any fancy stuff), vegetarian (dairy and eggs are fine but no meat, fish, or poultry), and near Bezalel street. I'm having a hard time mainly because I don't speak or read or understand any Hebrew so can't read the signs outside to determine what there is inside and I am always concerned I will get in and sit down and realize there is nothing vegetarian for me to eat and have the embarrassment of having to leave. I really would appreciate any advice anyone has. I'm not totally familiar with the city yet but I think I have Bezalel, Hillel, and Aggripas down pat so far :) . Thanks in advance! (btw yes I know about the Village Green :))
