Cheap Stockpot

penrichardson | Jul 31, 201801:44 PM

I have decided to just get a 10-12 qt stockpot for making stock and blanching veggies. I would like it with a strainer insert to drain. Does anyone have a brand preference for this task or does it not make a difference? I don't want to cheap out and have to replace it, or have it not do the job, but I don't want to go overkill on this item either.
