Cheap, fresh sausage

Can anyone recommend a good source of inexpensive, delicious, freshly made (or not, really) source of sausage? All styles and varieties would be welcome. Polish, Italian, breakfast, big fat stogie sausages, pork, beef, poultry. Bonus points for between Chambers and 23rd.
