Just picked up a quarter chicken dinner of dark meat jerk chicken, rice n'peas and coleslaw at Chat' bout on Eglington west of Oakwood. Wow. So much flavour, crackly skin, moist, fall off the bone tender meat. The rice and peas are well seasoned and hold their own. Coleslaw was sweet and so was the sauce, which is a welcome relief from the lip singeing hot peppers in the jerk. Chef Byron has perfected this dish. The place is laid back and friendly, and the Chef is rather jolly. Wish I had of tried this place earlier, I pass by that intersection all the time en route to work. Just walking by on the street your mouth starts to water from the fantastic aroma.
