Please over charge me….

For those of us who have traveled, lived in places where we no longer are now, there are foods we grow to love that aren't really available where we currently live. Maybe it's a lack of ingredient or cooking devise that prevents us from recreating the dish. Maybe it's a lack of ability. Either way, if we had the chance to purchase the item where we are now - we'd be happy to pay more than it's worth just to get some.

At this point, I'd be very happy to pay any ridiculous price for a good Jerusalem bagel.
