Can anyone suggest places with the best in-house charcuterie, salumi, and other cured meats?
I am not as interested in imported items or outlets of widely available commercial products (D'artagnan), unless you find them spectacular.
I am intested in both fresh and aged preparations, primarily French and Italian but would be intersted in other areas too. (Nothing Asian, i.e. fermented sweet sausage.)
Plans to check out Babbo and Otto.
