Oh Desire of Desires,
This afternoon, I have a growing, ravenous and all consuming desire for Char Siu take-out (chinese BBQ pork). Sweet, slightly sticky BBQ-y goodness, with slightly blackened edges. I am imagining eating this sliced up with some rice and steamed bok choy (which I will make myself - no need to comment on these).
But not just any old slab of pork, mind you... the best Char Siu that one can find in North York/Markham/Richmond Hill area - Although I'm really looking for one as close to Yonge and Finch as possible - I'm unsure my desire can withstand a long drive!
Help me Chowhounds!!! WHERE CAN I QUENCH THIS CHAR SIU FIRE!!!
