Hi everyone, got a new Char-Griller for the first time, and I need advice on how best to use it.
(I got it for around $175, if it would give you a better idea of what I've got).
It's supposed to be a combination grill/smoker, but this is the first time for me - all I've had before is a grill, so I'm a "virgin". So, what do I do -
- Do I get 2 cookie sheets, one to hold ceramic(?) briquettes to use for regular grilling, then-
- Get another cookie sheet to hold any special wood/wood chips I want to use for the smoking? Then switch out according to my purposes?
Are there any pitfalls I have to watch out for? Or is it really simple, and I'm overthinking the whole thing?
