Chanterelle in Edmonds - a destination soup!

At the beginning of our recent road trip through the North Cascades, and then again at the end because we couldn't resist, we discovered Chanterelle Specialty Foods in Edmonds. They have a tomato bisque there that all by itself is worth a trip to Edmonds. They also have very nice sandwiches and salads at lunch (haven't eaten dinner there yet) but the soup is the thing. It's a Five Star bowl, honest.
