... too hot outside. Are there any Chana Dal recipes available out there that are worthwhile? I'd like to use up what I have before summer arrives. Chana Dal is more a comfort food for me and I enjoy eating it most during the colder months of the year. I AM willing to make an exception though because here in the Northeast we are having a rather pleasant and unseasonably cool late Spring. The other night it actually felt like a late autumn day. Chana Dal would warm things up a bit. TIA.
