I've been checking this board regularly and joined last month. This is my first post.
I first had this delicious soup in a little Asian restaurant tucked away in the corner of a strip mall in Bellflower. The restaurant was called "The Duck House". It's a noodle soup in a spicy broth containing seafood, mushrooms, and other goodies. They called the soup "chow ma mein". That restaurant is no longer there. The next time I was able to find this soup it was at a little Korean restaurant in Las Vegas. The owner told me it was called champong. But when I asked for it by that name at another Korean restaurant I was told it is a Chinese dish and that they didn't serve it. Can anyone clarify this and tell me where I can get.
