Anybody had "chamoy" flavor Mexican ice cream in L.A.?

I just came back from a wonderful month in Mexico--3 weeks in San Miguel de Allende (a great town, by the way, with good enough though not great food in many delightful restaurants) and one week traveling mostly in Michoacan. I discovered this absolutely great flavor at two different Mexican ice cream chains--chamoy (no, not cherimoya)at Santa Clara and "chamoy pikin" at Dolphy's. These were sorbet flavors, not ice cream--I gather chamoy is an oriental fruit, popular in Mexico, and they add a sort of chili-like very piquant (but not overly spicy at all) reddish stripe to it. Anyway, it's absolutely delicious, esp. mixed with a flavor like "mandarino" (tangerine I guess). Does anybody know of a place that sells Mexican ice cream or "nieves" (ices) or a palateria (Mexican fruit popsicles) with this flavor? I live in Santa Monica incidentally... Muchas gracias! Que viva Mexico!
