Do any Chicago-area Korean restaurants serve Chajang Myun? I've become addicted to the packaged ramen version I can pick up at many Korean and Japanese marts in the burbs (including Mitsuwa -- look in the Korean section, not where all the rest of the ramen are). It's got a rich, almost chocolatey sauce, and I'm wondering if there are any other dishes based around that flavor, or where I can sit down and get a gourmet version.
I have searched the web and have been unable to find a recipe either.
