We're taking the last flight off the Island (10:00PM) and I'm looking at alternatives for pre-flight dining. One idea is an old stand-by, Indigo, http://www.indigo-hawaii.com/ but I've also gotten a rec. (non-CH) for Chai's Island Bistro in the Aloha Tower, http://www.chaisislandbistro.com/dinn... Has anyone dined there? Years ago, there was a pretty good seafood restaurant, Scott's, and I think that Chai's might be in that space. We're going to have done a bunch of fine-dining during our stay, so we are not looking for haute-cuisine, but I hate to think that we'll be faced with cheese n' crackers at the Red Carpet Club and/or buying a "box lunch" on United.
I'm still trying for brunch at Mariposa, but it's too far out at this point.
