Thanks to Linda Burum in today's LA Times Food section for the tip on this place out in the SFV in Canoga Park. According to the review they specialize in charcareros which are traditional Chilean sandwiches (which are the Chilean equivalent of the Dagwood here in the US). They bake their own rolls per Ms. Burum. It all sounds unbelievably delicious on paper. Hopefully I can make it out there soon and sample some of their fare in person.
