Chablis washed Epoisse at Fairway - get this cheese

I'm in heaven. I can't describe it. Bought a raw-milk Chablis washed Epoisse at Fairway. Only 5.99 a pound. I've had the regular Epoisse before, but this is something new. It's the stinkiest cheese I've ever had - my whole kitchen is awash in odor now - but boy is it worth it. At first I had it on crispbread, but then realized it was even better eater directly off the knife with a few grapes. I can't decide if I like the sweet-ish rind or the runny inside the best. I am going to go buy 5 more. I am only letting you chowhounds know about it in the hopes that with continued demand, it may always be there. (Again, I know they usually have the regular Epoisse, but this trumps that one. I swear.)
