They are springing up everywhere. The one in Los Gatos is a largish airy room done in soothing yellow overtones. You order at the counter from a wall mounted menu that is divided into 4 main catagories: Chaat and Appetizers, TandooriWraps, Curries and Stuffed Naans.

Starters:
The vegetable samosas were a bit too doughy but the filling was greaselss and flavorful. The pari chaat was great: various vege flotsam suspended in a yummy yogurt swirl served with chutney.

Mains:
The entrees were all
very tasty..not out of this world exotic but solid fast food doled out in generous portions. We sampled the Chicken tikka (very well done with a crisp coating), ground lamb wrap (a little too much meat), chicken tikka Masala (a respectful rendition) and the
chicken plate (rather blah). The naan has a low grease quotient but is quite thick in a pizza crust kind of way.
Overall a great place for take out.
