Cha Ca, Vietnamese fried fish

Scary Librarian posted to find this dish a few months back. "Hanoi 3 Seasons" has one very similar to the one at Cha Ca La Vong in Hanoi but is not as good, not as greasy (I think the original has butter in it) and not prepared at your table. But the spicing and ingredients are similar.

The restaurant was also reviewed in Now Magazine a while back although he doesn't mention the Cha Ca.
