Are there any restaurants in Los Angeles or Orange County that specialize in either of these items? While I appreciate Vietnamese restaurants that serve pho, bun, com, mien, and mi, I think the quality and distinctiveness of each dish suffer in exchange for the breadth of offerings.

Are there places that serve just cha ca (grilled fish marinated in tumeric and served with dill and scallions) or bun thit nuong (grilled marinated pork traditionally cooked over charcoal served with vermicelli)? Willing to drive to SGV, Westminster, or any other LA/OC destination if you can point me to a place that specializes in either dish. Thanks Chowhounds!
