Ceviche'd my porkchops overmarinating- help fix!

I thought I was being clever and marinated my porkchops in lemon juice for 3 days now (oops) I thought it would tenderize the meat but instead I think it ceviched it. Is there a way to salvage this mess? Can i pan fry them still?
