went last week to c'est what to experience their "stout and porter tasting".
For $15 - the tasting was great value and a great experience.
We received 15 different stouts/porters (3 oz glasses) and a piece of paper
to rate each one, based on flavor, looks, likeability, and some other criteria
that I now cant remember.
At the end of the evening....we received a piece of paper that identified each beer.
What fun!!
45 people attended...and a few were sent away at the door so I was thankful that I made reservations on line.

Naturally, when drinking beer..there must be food. LOL
I was in the mood for nachos..but they dont offer any, they simply have chips and salsa.
(not the same thing).
So I had a peameal bacon sandwich, with a fried egg, melted cheddar cheese on a yummy kaiser bun. Everything about the sandwich was amazing (then again I havent had one like that in the last 20 years..LOL). It came accompanied by french fries, that were also fantastic. (fresh..not frozen).

All in all a great evening. Im looking forward to more "tastings"...and of course, another wicked sandwich.
