Central/Northern Westchester Butcher or Fish Market?

TGO | Jan 30, 2006 09:55 AM

Inspired by the thread below, I thought I'd ask for some butcher or fish market recommendations anywhere from White Plains to Mount Kisco. I used to shop at Stew's, Whole Foods and the Asian market in the dmv building in WP but now have a baby and can't get to the markets like I used to. I agree with much of what was said in the post below.

Now I get my staples at Key Food in Pleasantville or sometimes the A&P in Thornwood or Mt Kisco. The butcher at Key Food has been pretty good. Has anyone tried the fish?

I'd love to find a vendor of fresh and hopefully affordable fish - I miss Citarella and Fairway. TIA!
