Im stumped, has there been a thread on Central American cooking terms/items Ive missed?
The following words were gleamed from the thread on Restaurant Oaxaca and I sure would appreciate a brief description of what they are. If there are some terms/dishes that are prevalent in Central American cooking that I have not posted (I can only imagine there are many) please post those as well, I can only guess there are others who would appreciate this information as much as I will.
