I didn't find much on the board about this place, but I remembered hearing about this place that serves cemitas (which I fell in love with after discovering them at a cemitas truck in LA). A cemita is a Mexican sandwich, similar to a torta, but it uses a seeded egg roll and is not pressed. It is filled with meat, avocado, chipotle sauce, quesillo (oaxacan cheese), and onions.
I stopped by Cemitas Puebla yesterday and ordered a cemita de al pastor and a taco arabe. The cemita was delicious - that Oaxacan cheese is addicting. Not to mention their chipotle sauce, which has a slightly sweet, smokiness to it, is really good too. The meat was good, and the cemita roll was very good (light crunch on the exterior and soft interior). It didn't come with onions, which is fine, but I think it would have added a little something. The tacos arabe was good as well, but I much prefer corn tortillas over flour (maybe I should have ordered the "Oriental"...).
I definitely recommend this place. (I should note that it seems they had just taken their spit down - I'm assuming for the arabes meat - for cleaning before i got there. I must just have terrible timing)
