Hi! I just recently switched to Celtic Sea Salt (the kind with minerals in the bag that's a little wet). I transferred it to a glass jar, but I'm realizing I miss being able to use my grinder, not for the actual grinding but as a means of evenly distributing smaller amounts of salt over my food. Any recommendations on how to not be heavy handed with the sea salt? Or should I just dry some of it out in the oven and go back to my grinder? Thoughts? Thanks!
