We had dinner tonight at Celia, the new restaurant in the Pfister Hotel. Actually I have been there twice now. It's wonderful; the food, service, and atmosphere are all on par with the best in town and could also stand up favorably to comparison with Chicago or New York restaurants (where I worked as a cook for 7 years so I know). This restaurant is totally appropriate for a special night or out of town guests. One of the best things about it is that the wine list has a lot of selections in every price range. The menu is new american eclectic- a lot of french and asian influence but nothing too unusual. The presentation is stunning. Lots of seafood, some game, foie gras, red meat...go there, check it out.
