carpaccio thinly sliced parmesan and caper berries (pretty good)
penne with proscuitto and vodka sauce (pretty good pasta)
panna cotta (a nicely flavored custard, but i like more texture in my panna cotta)
other diners had:
proscuitto with melon (yum)
mushroom risotto appetizer of some sort (pure mushroom flavor, VERY rich)
i know celestino's has been talked 'bout before, but it's one of local favorites for a nice dinner on the town. i like it better than any of the italian places in old pas for price/value (eg. mi piace, tre venezie, buco, etc) and its got options for vegetarians. i've yet to find an italian place i would die for (unlike sushi spots), but in the meantime, celestino's is decent.
