We had dinner at The Flaming Torch on Octavia Street the other night, the Cassoulet was not as moist as I remember from my days in Paris but very nice none-the-less.
I started with the onion soup and Frank had the rabbit pate appetizer. I tasted some and it was good. The soup was too full of bread and cheese for my taste but still had the onion and beef flavor I remember so well.
We headed home for a digistif as the bar offers neither Marc nor Calvados.
