Celery tonic. It goes with deli usually. Does anyone else crave it? I want to make a syrup so I can have my own home-made celery seed soda. I once made ginger syrup (a by-product of making candied ginger) that became killer ginger ale. But I have hardly even cooked with celery seed. Should I just make an infusion using a little bit of water? Or cook the seeds a bit? The sweetener I'm planning to use is either honey or agave mixed with stevia 50/50.
