Today is 50th anniversary of our wedding rehearsal dinner. I know these dates are usually not celebrated, but...well, we are in Paris with guests. So, at Le Grand Couer in Le Marais, we had the sardines and pork du jour along with some nice red wine and desserts. Forgot to capture the desserts...I had the blueberry tart with lemon gelato, One guest had two ala cart items...a CANELLONI DE TOURTEAU (copied from the menu) and a fried eggplant with two sauces. A lot of pork fat is not our favorite, but we are in France. The thundershowers held off until after we ate.
