Celebratory lunch in the core?

Hi all, would love some input. I'm finishing a huge, multi-year project soon and would like to celebrate somewhere with my family (that is, a sibling in his 40s and two elderly parents, which rules out a place akin to Bar Isabel). The best options I've been able to come up with so far are: 1) Le Select, which I like a lot, but doesn't have particularly *great* food; 2) Richmond Station, which I also like a lot, but... also feels like a place you just dip into for lunch, thus being not especially memorable?

Anywhere in the core is fine, and as for cost, something like Canoe would definitely be too much. I'm thinking more in the $150 for four range (including 1 or 2 people having a glass of wine).

Can anywhere think of somewhere that might have that "special occasion" vibe without being at the top end of the pricing scale?

Le Sélect Bistro,
Richmond Station,
