The 13th Annual Celebrate the Craft is taking place again Oct 25th at The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
This is a really fantastic food event that I have been going to since the very beginning. The idea is to take our best local chefs and pair them up with local food purveyors, farms, and Beverages (Beer and Wine). Each , winemaker/brewer, chef, and food supplier, team up to offer a dish that showcases the potential of the products. There are usually 20 stations to sample. Currently at $125/per seems expensive, but not when you consider the quality of the offerings and the fact that its all you can eat and drink. Add to that the chance to observe and talk to some of the best chefs in San Diego. I'll post some of the recent past menu's soon.
