Hello everyone, have a trip planned soon and will be in CDMX for a couple weeks with a weekend in Oaxaca. Plan on hitting a lot of familiar spots but also looking to try places I haven't been or new places I might not be aware of yet.

Reservations currently:
Maximo Bistrot
Pujol

Casa Oaxaca (Oaxaca city)
Probably won't make anymore reservations here but might try to check out Los Danzantes or something on an early afternoon.

Looking for maybe 2 more dinners. Thoughts on La Capitol vs Balcon Del Zocalo? Sonora Grill vs Palominos? Anything else I should strongly consider? Big plus if reservations aren't 100% required or can be gotten on fairly short notice. Will be during the week so hopefully makes it a bit easier.

For breakfast I'm definitely set on visiting El Cardenal, Cafe NIN and Fonda Marg. Hoping to fit in Lalo, Pasillo de Humo and La Güera Tortas. Is breakfast at PdH an everyday thing? Again, any others a think about?

For more casual fare, Chupacabras still the top of the taco chain? Planing on hitting that (likely more than once) and Cocuyos. My brother and SIL will be joining for the first few days, they really want some deep fried quesadillas. I found Maria Isabel in Polanco, solid choice? Anything better? Any really good Sinaloa style chicken spots?

Thanks in advance!
