CBS seafood in Chinatown last night

Went with Chinese business clients, and the 5 of us had everything from turtle soup(ok), crab in special sauce(ok but not worth the effort), Baked pork ribs with spicy salt appetizer(quite good and one of the LEAST salty items all night long), Lamb stew hot pot with the lamb and broth almost flavorless, pheasant (baked I believe, and one of the best items), whole steamed fish which was nicely flavored, sauteed prawns with black bean & chili(waaaaay salty), and a bean curd/bok choy/& protein item(forgot which) where the bok choy(do not know the Chinese name) was the standout item. In all, while I did not pay nor select the place with its B in the window, the dominant remembrance of the evening was the salt, salt, and msg, msg, msg! I realize it is the old fashioned Chinese way, yet also realize that my palate just cannot stand that quantity of salt.
