I always knew that cayenne pepper was good for you, but I recently found out just HOW good it is for you. It can help with joint healthy, pain levels, sore throats, congestion, detoxification, and suppressing appetites.
I often use cayenne in a lot of my cooking, but I never really make it a star. Now I am trying to include more of it in my dishes, so I'm wondering if anyone has any stellar cayenne recipes they would like to share.
***I am a vegetarian, so veg dishes would be much appreciated, but meat dishes are also welcome for those who might read this and want cayenne recipes for meat too.
