Has anyone tried this? I got some at Bulk Barn, and am cooking it now into a pudding/slop with cinnamon and Saskatoon honey.
It is basically oats grown naturally without any hull, so not processed. Twice the protein of rice. They call it Prairie Rice because it supposedly cooks up a lot like brown rice.
If anyone has cooked with this and had a great success, please share any tips
